When you open a screen with list items using Voice Over for example: care actions, toys or food items it is now harder to browse all items in iOS 6.x because the default focus is set to screen's title.

In order to browse through more than 4 actions with Voice Over need to tap the screen to make focus on the list or one of the items on the list and then using 3 fingers slide down the screen, so the list moves up and there are additional items available.
